BMW Motorrad Sales Up Nearly 20% in January

Following its most successful sales year ever, BMW Motorrad started the new year with another big increase in sales. For the month of January 2016, sales increased 19.6% compared with January of last year. In total 7,488 BMW motorcycles and maxi-scooters were delivered to customers around the world in the month, making it the division’s best January ever.

Heavy storms throughout North America in January disrupted sales here, however. Likewise, BMW Motorrad Canada sales dropped 15 units to 45 in January — a 25% decrease from the same month last year.
