Now’s your chance to see BMW Motorrad’s new K1600B “bagger” up close. A production prototype K1600B will make its U.S. debut at the Progressive International Motorcycle Show this weekend in Cleveland, Ohio. The newest member to BMW’s 1,632cc in-line six-cylinder family was developed specifically with American riders and American roads in mind. BMW representatives will also be on hand to answer questions.
Other models on display will include BMW’s new single-cylinder G310R (the first BMW roadster under 500cc and the only BMW under $5,000), the recently introduced G310GS, the retro-classic customizable R nineT, R nineT Scrambler, R nineT Pure, R nineT Racer and the R nineT Urban G/S. Updated versions of BMW’s four-cylinder S1000RR supersport bike and S1000R roadster, along with a range of GS and GS Adventure models, roadsters, tourers, sport bikes and rider gear will also be shown.
BMW’s EyeRide Virtual Reality Experience will also be there allowing attendees to take a virtual test ride, lap around a racetrack or barrel down a ridgeline adventure course without leaving the show.
